How it works

  • warm up-( 10-15 minutes)
  • jump rope (3 minutes)
  • shadow boxing - is for mental toughness and focus
  • stance & balance -focusing on proper stance, balance, and footwork
  • jab -cross combos focusing on proper hand positioning , rotation, and follow through
  • defense drills - focusing on proper head movement , footwork, and hand positioning
  • sparring going over drills taught in class sparring is done with proper safety equipment , including head gear, mouthguards, hand wraps and gloves to prevent injury
