Our MMA fight camps are 8 weeks long designed to prepare athletes (male or Female) for competition. The program focuses on technical skill development, physical conditioning , mental preparation, strategy development
improve technical skills in MMA, including striking including stances , movements, punches , kicks , & takedowns grappling, ground & pound ,etc.
enhance physical conditioning ,including cardiovascular endurance , strength , & agility
Develop mental toughness and resilience through visualization, positive self-talk ,and breathing exercises
Create a personalized strategy for competition, including game planning and opponent analysis
strength and conditioning training
opportunities to travel to Las Vegas (The Fight Capital Of The World) to train with other dedicated MMA athletes &(UFC, PFL, etc )
